Role Summary
Sr.Manager – Qualifications and CSV
- Customer and regulatory support
- Review and approval of product quality reviews and trend reports
- Qualifications and Validation activities of process, cleaning, equipment and instrumentation, laboratories
- Computer system validations
Key Responsibilities
- Familiar with intermediates ad API manufacturing activities – including processes involving fermentation, chemical synthesis, and potent product management
- Qualifications and Validation activities of process, cleaning, equipment and instrumentation, laboratories
- Computer system validations
- Handling of QMS activities (Changes, Complaints, Recalls, Investigations, CAPA)
- Training on GMP operations
- Risk assessment
- Establishing SOP’s to maintain compliance levels in manufacturing, QC and Engineering
- Self-inspection
- Vendor qualifications
- Monitoring and approval of batches, monitor product dispatch activities
