Job Description/Skills Required
- 1.Performing routine in-process IPQA activities in dispensing, Compounding, Filling, Sealing and vial external washing.
- 2.Carrying out the line clearance at all stages of operation as per SOP/BPCR.
- 3.Review & verification of batch manufacturing records, raw data, reports, records, prints, log books and all other cGMP records.
- 4.Sampling of product samples, water samples and Nitrogen samples.
- 5.Monitoring of general hygiene of operators.
- 6.Implementation of systems and procedures as per written down standard operating procedures.
- 7.Coordination with production, QC, Warehouse and Engineering to ensure cGMP compliance.
- 8.Reporting of daily status / deviations to In charge-QA.
- 9.Perform and verification of CCIT analysis.
- 10.Monitoring of NVPC system and record the details in respective Annexures.
