Job Description/Skills Required

  • Coordination with QA, QC and RA departments to resolve customer queries on timely basis. Arranging the teleconference between Technical Team & customer.
  • Coordination with plant for the followings:
  • Material Tracking dispatches, change in deliveries, & updating new requirement of the customer.
  • Arranging VQ Documents, Audit schedule as per customer convenience, Rejection & rebooking of material if any.
  • Arranging technical documents from regulatory & plant.
  • Discussion with plant for delivery status.
  • Sending customers, product wise dispatch schedule and follow-up with plant for smooth dispatches.
  • Dispatching & maintain records of samples.
  • Working on ERP for entries the purchase order, sample request and to generate the new customer card.
  • Keeping record of new orders, Dispatches and Pending orders.
  • Customer review Report on sales & API planning, Supply status Report.
  • Generating sales report for respective territories and sending to concern marketing person.
  • Introducing company and product details to new Client, sending quotation to client and following with them through emails or calls.
  • Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through contact via mails/telephone.
  • Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
  • Appropriate storage recommendations based on customer requirements.
  • Provide detailed information on services and Excipients to customers.
  • Record sales, order, and report the same to the sales department.
  • Handle incoming calls from a national customer base
