Job Description/Skills Required
- Supporting in IT operations (Infotech) activities & responsible to support to IT operations at Site including GXP support & user desk support.
- Responsible to compliance and implementation of all SOPs including corporate, site specific.
- Manage & ensure information technology computer systems/validations at site by planning, development , organizing, controlling & evaluating IT policies, standards, procedures and electronic data operations.
- To ensure & facilitate the back up, restore & archive of all electronic data.
- User Management of computerized systems in accordance with the applicable SOPs & vendor coordination, asset management.
- Responsible to follow the QAMS system,
- Planning & prioritizing the activities, multitasking, Team coordination (inter/intra) & time management
- Understanding process requirements of ISO 27001:2013 & 21 CFR, Good knowledge of SAP.
