FRD Scientist:
- Qualification: M. Pharmacy (Pharmaceuticals)
- Experience: 8 to 9 yrs. (OSD, solutions)
Skills Required:
- Coordinate with the analytical team and provide product development sample submission planning support as per the project requirement.
- Exposure on end to end-to-end product development of oral solid dosages, Solutions, and ointments.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multidisciplinary project teams and collaborate with colleagues to define the implement screening and characterization strategies according to project timelines.
- Design and execution of pharmaceutical development experiments, pre-formulation trials, development batches, compatibility studies & and stability as proposed by a group leader.
- Process optimization and finalization of critical process parameters with the QBD concept.
- Good communication and coordination skills and ability to work with a cross-functional team
FRD Operator:
- Qualification: ITI (Fitter)-Fresher
Skills Required:
- Know the machines operating
- Follow the Safety and GMP Guidelines.

CRD Research Associate:
- Qualification: M.Sc-Organic Chemistry
- Experience: 4 to 5 yrs.
Skills Required:
- Experience in organic synthesis/Multi-step synthesis
- Handling reactions from mg to gram scale.
- Sound knowledge of isolation, separation & purification techniques.
- Experience in characterization and identification of organic molecules using spectroscopy techniques like NMR, IR LCMS,HPLC.
- Positive and confident Individual with strong work ethics
CRD Scientist:
- Qualification: M.Sc-Organic Chemistry
- Experience: 8 10 9 уrs.
Skills Required:
- Experience in organic synthesis Multi-step synthesis
- Handling reactions from mg to gram scale
- Sound knowledge of isolation, separation & purification techniques.
- Experience in characterization and identification of organic molecules using spectroscopy techniques like NMR, IR LCMS HPLC
- Design and selection of route of synthesis in order to develop the commercially competitive, most easy to handle, and environment-friendly manufacturing process.
- Carrying out Contract Research & Custom Synthesis work.
- Operational experience with High-Pressure Reactors
- Lending the Teams and completing the projects within the timeline.
