Salute to Mother: Financial assistance of Rs. 15,000 each to students implemented

Andhra Pradesh Talliki Vandanam Scheme: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu announced that the 'Talliki Vandanam' scheme will be implemented in the month of May. Under this scheme, financial assistance of Rs. 15,000 will be provided to each student. He assured that no matter how many students there are in the state, all of them will get this assistance. He also said that the money will be deposited in the accounts of the students by the time the schools open.

Moreover, Chandrababu revealed that the state is working towards creating 2 lakh AI (Artificial Intelligence) professionals. He said that an agreement has been signed with Microsoft to achieve this goal. In addition, he also commented that the state administration is being modernized and administration is being carried out through 'WhatsApp Governance'.

Currently, there are no formal eligibility criteria for this scheme. However, parents or guardians of school students are generally considered eligible for such schemes.

Required Documents: The following documents are generally required while applying for the scheme:
​ • Aadhaar card, voter ID or PAN card.
​ • Certificate from the school where the student is currently studying.
​ • Copies of bank account passbook.
​ • Document confirming family income.
​ • Family Ration Card: Ration card with details of family members.
