The Civil Supplies Department is making all arrangements for the effective implementation of this scheme. 89.95 lakh ration card holders and 2.81 crore beneficiaries across the state will benefit from this scheme. The government has planned to cover 84% of the state's population through this scheme. Civil Supplies Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy will launch this scheme in Huzurnagar. The government will make 24 lakh metric tonnes of rice available annually for rice supply.
