Calibration
🛠️ Expertise in calibration
procedures
🌡️ Strong knowledge of analog instruments:
• Temperature 🌡️

• Pressure ⚙️
• Flow 🔄
• Air Velocity 💨
⚠️ Must be capable of handling deviations
2️⃣ TM/TL -
DP Instrumentation & Automation (I&A)
💉 Experience in:
• Vial Filling 🧴
• Washing 🚿
• Tunnel 🚇
• VHP 🧼
• PFS 🧬
• Autoclave ♨️
• Isolator 🧤
📋 Knowledge of QMS
💻 Familiar with:
• PLC 🖥️
• SCADA 🧠
• HMI 💡 (troubleshooting & understanding)
3️⃣ TM -
Engineering DS (Mechanical & I&A)
🔧 Instrumentation
& Automation (I&A):
• Automation platforms 🧰
• Biopharma equipment: bioreactors 🧪, TFF, ATF
• Knowledge of cGMP & QMS
🔩 Mechanical:
• Maintenance of biopharma systems:
- Reactors ⚗️
- Fermenters 🧫
- Autoclaves ♨️
- CIP/SIP systems 🚿
📑 Adherence to GMP standards & documentation
4️⃣ DP -
Sterile Operations / Fill Finish / QMS
🧼 Hands-on
experience with:
• Sterile filling & washing 🧴
• Sterilization operations ♨️
📋 Work with GMP, MES, and QMS systems
5️⃣ TM - DP
Mechanical
⚙️ Responsibilities similar
to Position 3
🔩 Mechanical + I&A maintenance under GMP compliance
🎓 Qualifications
Required
👨🎓 Engineering
Roles: B.Tech / M.Tech
