📌 Available Positions:
1️⃣ Synthetic Chemists – 5 Positions
Experience: Min 2 years in CRO environment
Role: Execute multi-step organic syntheses, optimize reactions, purify compounds, analyze with NMR, HPLC, MS, troubleshoot routes, ensure quality & safety compliance
2️⃣ Safety Officer – 3 Positions
Experience: Min 1 year in relevant field
Role: Implement lab safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, manage equipment, promote safety culture
3️⃣ Store & Inventory Management – 2 Positions
Role: Manage chemical/material inventory, track stock, maintain records, support procurement
4️⃣ Proposal Management – 2 Positions
Role: Prepare technical proposals, coordinate with scientific teams, manage timelines, support business development
🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills:
Educational background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Safety Management, or related fields (B.Sc./M.Sc./Ph.D. as applicable)
Strong knowledge of organic synthesis, analytical techniques, safety regulations, or inventory software depending on role
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
💰 Salary & Benefits:
Competitive salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum (INR), depending on experience & role
