We are looking for a dedicated Microbiologist to join our team. This role involves hands-on work in culture development, fermentation, and quality control. Ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience in biotech.
🛠 Roles & Responsibilities:
🔹 Perform culture development, fermentation processes, and strain maintenance
🔹 Conduct quality control tests including CFU counts and contamination checks
🔹 Monitor and evaluate product stability
🔹 Maintain accurate documentation and records as per quality standards 📋
🔹 Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth laboratory operations 🤝
🔹 Support overall production and QA activities
🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience:
📖 MSc in Microbiology or Biotechnology (essential)
🕒 0–3 years experience (freshers encouraged to apply)
⚗️ Strong understanding of microbiological techniques, aseptic handling, and fermentation basics
📝 Good documentation and analytical skills
🧤 Ability to work in a lab environment with attention to detail and safety protocols
