- Selection Process: The selection will be on the basis of Interview.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform Bioanalytical Method Development & Validation in Biological matrix.
- Perform sample processing with different extraction methods (LLE, SPE and Protein Precipitation).
- Perform documentation and raw data compilation in the project as per Bioanalytical SOPs. Handling and Operations of LC-MS/MS.
- Preparation of Reagents, Solutions & Mobile phase. Knowledge of current regulatory guidelines. Operation, Calibration and Maintenance of Laboratory Equipment’s.
- Developing methods and validations for estimation of various drugs / metabolites in biological matrices using LC-MS/MS
- Responsible for preparation/review of Method SOPs, Method validation reports and Analytical reports
- Co-ordinate with Internal Quality Control and Quality Assurance Unit in audits and ensure that all the corrective actions are properly incorporated and documented.
- Responsible for Lab Instrument handling/maintenance and review of calibration documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have experience in Bioanalytical department and Bioanalytical operations LCMS/MS
