Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for early development and commercialization of the products assigned to them in constant discussion with the head R&D.
- Responsible for Day to day supervision of the activities of the respective Team members.
- Training the team members in safe and easy execution of the processes assigned to them.
- Providing the team members with the necessary literature data/ various methods available for the process development.
- Providing the team with necessary literature and technical support.
- Knowledge in interpretation of organic molecules by using NMR, IR, Mass, XRD, CHN analysis, UV
- Knowledge in API documentation process
- Responsible for exploring novel/ safe and economical chemical process under constant discussion with the head R&D.
