Job Role & Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Executive in the International Voice Process, you will:
- Manage inbound customer inquiries through chat, phone, and email in a 24/7 environment.
- Resolve issues using a pre-defined knowledge base and provide excellent customer experiences.
- Work within American business hours on rotational shifts.
- Aim for first-day resolution and handle inquiries with superior customer service skills.
- Proactively explain product features, advantages, and provide technical specifications as required.
- Document interactions and contribute to knowledge management by updating policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills in English, with excellent listening abilities.
- Problem Solving: Ability to analyze and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Flexibility: Must adapt to changing environments and be available for rotational shifts.
- Teamwork: Effectively collaborate within a team and work cross-functionally.
- Technical Skills: Basic troubleshooting and ability to communicate technical instructions.
Job Summary:
- Role: Customer Support – International Voice Process

- Shift: 24×7, rotational with weekly off
- Salary: ₹2.5 – 3.75 LPA, plus incentives up to ₹5,000 per month and shift allowances (₹1,500 – ₹2,300)
