Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Executive in the International Voice Process, you will:

  • Manage inbound customer inquiries through chat, phone, and email in a 24/7 environment.
  • Resolve issues using a pre-defined knowledge base and provide excellent customer experiences.
  • Work within American business hours on rotational shifts.
  • Aim for first-day resolution and handle inquiries with superior customer service skills.
  • Proactively explain product features, advantages, and provide technical specifications as required.
  • Document interactions and contribute to knowledge management by updating policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills in English, with excellent listening abilities.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to analyze and troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Flexibility: Must adapt to changing environments and be available for rotational shifts.
  • Teamwork: Effectively collaborate within a team and work cross-functionally.
  • Technical Skills: Basic troubleshooting and ability to communicate technical instructions.

Job Summary:

  • Role: Customer Support – International Voice Process
  • Experience: 1-4 Years
  • Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)
  • Shift: 24×7, rotational with weekly off
  • Salary: ₹2.5 – 3.75 LPA, plus incentives up to ₹5,000 per month and shift allowances (₹1,500 – ₹2,300)
