Open Positions:

Role: Research & Development – Process R&D

Qualifications:

  • M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry with 2-8 years of experience
  • Ph.D./Postdoc in Chemistry with 1-3 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Synthesis of APIs and advanced intermediates
  • Design of chemistry routes (Route Scouting) for process scale-up
  • Hands-on experience in medicinal chemistry and early-phase process development
  • Adherence to safety practices in lab operations

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in CDMO/CRAMS division is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Process Research, Process Development, and Process R&D
