Roles and Responsibilities

 Accountable for Qualification and Validation Related activities.
 Responsible for Site Validation Master Plan (VMP). To perform validation and qualification
activity and ensure that validation and qualification are performed as per SOP, VMP and
protocol.
 Responsible for Change Control Coordinator Assessment for site.
 To review and ensure implementation of EQD Policies on site within the given timeframe.
 To Perform, review and monitor Quality Risk Assessments.
 To monitor the Internal audit program and to ensure the compliance
 Responsible for calibration management at site.
 To monitor external and/ AQR audit compliance action plans.
 To deliver training at site on GMP topics, SOPs and other technical topics.
 Any other activities/support as instructed by the superiors as and when required
