Driving License New Rules: Good news for the candidates who want to take the driving license, they have to visit the RDO office 5-6 times for slot booking, driving test, biometric etc. Without that work, the central government has introduced new rules for driving license. We used to get driving license from revenue department.
From now on, even in a private company, we will get a driving license. But the central government has given some rules for that. These new rules will come into effect from June 1. It is also allowed to issue driving license in private organization recognized by central government and state government.
The private company must have a minimum of three acres of land, high school education for the trainer, and five years of driving experience. While it is 29 hours for light vehicle and 39 hours for highway vehicle license training is mandatory. After that test will be conducted and certificate will be given to them. Until now, we used to get driving license through RDO office of central revenue department in the district, but from now on, private companies are giving us the license directly without that problem.
