Vizainagaram Dt Directorate of Secondary Health Department Recruitment Notification

Applications are invited through off-line mode(Physical applications from eligible candidates for various posts to work purely on contract & Outsourcing basis in DSH Hospitals of Vizianagaram District(erstwhile),details are as follows.

The candidate is required to download the application forms from website (https://vizianagaram.ap.gov.in/) and the copy of application form along with necessary documents shall submit in-person/by Registered post from 10.30 AM of 13.03.2025 to 05.00 PM of 21.03.2025( 21.03.2025is the last date for submission of applications in-person/registered post). This office is not responsible for postal delay if any and applications received after 05.00 PM of 21.03.2025will not be accepted in any circumstances.

The filled-in applications along with necessary documents shall be submitted at office of the District Coordinator of Hospital Services(DCHS,), Govt. General Hospital,Contonment, Vizianagaram.

Selection to the posts will be on the basis of final general merit cum rule ofreservation.Theapplicantisrequiredtovisitthe(https://vizianagaram.ap.gov.in/) District official website regularly to keep himself/herself updated until completion of the recruitment process. The website information is final for all correspondence. No individual correspondence by any means will be entertained under any circumstances.

All desirous and eligible candidates shall apply after satisfying themselves as perthetermsandconditionsofthisrecruitmentnotification.Submissionofapplicationformsbythecandidateisconsideredthathe/shehasreadthenotificationandshallabidebythetermsandconditionslaiddownthereunder.

EvaluationofvariousPhysicalDisabilitiesandprocedureforcertificationswillbeas per order contained in G.O.Ms.No.56, WD,CW&DW(DW) Dept., Dt.02.12.2003andG.O.Ms.No.31,WD,CW&DW(DW)Dept.,Dt.01.12.2009.PARA:4::ReservationtoLocalcandidates:

Reservation to the local candidate is applicable as provided in Article 371-D asper G.O.Ms.674, GA(SPF-A) Dept., Dt.20.10.1975 and rules amendment from timeto time and as in force on the date of notification. The candidate claiming as localcandidates should obtain the required study certificates (from 4thclass to 10thclassorSSC)orResidenceCertificateintheproformaprescribedforthosecandidates who have not studied in any Educational Institutions as the case maybe. The relevant certificate with authorize signature shall be produced as andwhenrequired.

Minimum18years&maximum42yearsason01.01.2025asperGO.Ms.No.105GA(Ser-A) Dept.,Dt.27.09.2021(no person shall be eligible if less than18 years and is more than 42years).

SC/ST/BC& EWS - 5 years

Physically handicapped persons 10 years

Ex-servicemen - Shall be allowed to deduct from his age a period of 3years in addition to the length of The service rendered by him in the Armed Forces.
