Aizant Drug Research Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a senior leadership professional to head its Legal & Company Secretarial functions. This is a strategic role responsible for corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal advisory in a highly regulated pharmaceutical/CRO environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead and manage the Legal & Secretarial department
✔ Ensure compliance with corporate laws & regulatory frameworks
✔ Provide strategic legal guidance to business leadership
✔ Handle board meetings, ROC filings & statutory compliance
✔ Draft, review & negotiate contracts and legal agreements
✔ Proactively identify and mitigate legal & operational risks
✔ Liaise with regulators, external counsel & stakeholders
✔ Oversee corporate governance & shareholder communications
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
🔹 Mandatory: Company Secretary (CS)
🔹 Preferred: LLB qualification
🔹 Proven experience in Legal & Secretarial roles
🔹 Pharma / CRO / regulated industry experience preferred
🔹 Strong knowledge of Corporate Law, SEBI, FEMA & governance
🔹 Excellent leadership & stakeholder management skills
