AP Housing Schemes : The Government of Andhra Pradesh has issued guidelines for the distribution of house plot patta under the flagship program of Housing for All at 3 cents in rural areas and 2 cents in urban areas. The Revenue Department has issued GOMS.No. 23 today on the 27th.
One of the main objectives of the Andhra Pradesh government is to provide free land to the poor people who do not have a house through the “Housing for All” scheme. This is a wonderful opportunity for homeless BPL families. Interested and eligible candidates can apply immediately.

Highlights of AP Housing Scheme
• Rural areas: 3 cents (0.03 acre)
• Urban areas: 2 cents (0.02 acres)
Free house space eligibility : Only families falling under the Poverty Line (BPL) will get free land. Only those who do not have a house or land are eligible. Those who have been beneficiaries of government housing schemes in the past are not eligible. Only citizens of Andhra Pradesh can apply. Only those with a white ration card are eligible. Preference for women: The allotted land will be registered with the Prime Minister of Mahila Kutum. The construction of the house on the allotted land should be completed within 2 years. The land is not allowed to be sold for 10 years.
